During the Chinese New year 2024, I celebrated my new year in Moscow, Russia instead of in China, because I was attending the AQUATHERM FAIR in Moscow. This is the second time I participate this exhibition. Compare to the differences with first time in 2023, there are more Chinese companies here this time, but this 2024 Russia tour is still unique for me, because when I first come to Russia, the whole market is strange and unknown for me, I was a new-born baby and just want to check and try to dig further about Russia and learn. But now, after one-year research and customer-developing in Russian market, I am kind of pro and easy during the fair time.
But situation is still not very positive, too many Chinese companies burst into and more Russian corporations vanishes make our ambition shrink. Business is still there, customer is still somewhere, we have to use other ways to find them, attract them and take them.
Till now, about 3 months have passed, the situation is worse, not to say the low prices fighting makes us crazy, but the money-transfer make most companies are driven mad and even want to quit. All the pessimistic factors lie ahead of us, this is a hard battle, what can we so, what should we do, I think we have no way to spare out of it, because we are parts of this battle, we need to arm ourselves and fight until we see the sunrise of the new era.
Exhibition is one of our ways to develop our business, yes, we still have other actions to act, but the most important things are we should know what we are doing, make our products and service better and better, this is our core strength to make us outstanding among thousands of our competitors.
Fight is still on, we are on.
