Equal Elbow Brass Compression Fitting For Al-pex Pipe

Short Description:

AL-PEX Fitting, Brass Fittings

Our AL-PEX fittings are generally made of CW617N brass and CU57-3 brass, though for special requirements, we do use other materials such as DZR.

We will also customize special rings according to customer requirements, with the ring processed into a barbed shape to prevent the tube from falling off when pressure reaches more than 10 kg.

We can provide AL-PEX fittings from size 16mm x 1/2’’ to size 32mm x 1’’, with the following structural forms: straight, elbow, tee, wall-plated, etc.

Inspection of Brass Compression Fittings After Installation:
If the brass compression joint is not screwed in place, it may leak (it may not leak at the time, but it will become a hidden danger after operation). Site managers can check in three ways:
(1) Check the mark on the compression joint to see if it has been screwed 1-1/4 turns (or 3/4 turns);
(2) Disassemble the compression joint to see if the compression is firmly stuck on the TUBE pipe;
(3) Use a gap inspection gauge for inspection.
Method 1: It is simple and easy to implement, and it can be carried out before and after the pipeline is ventilated or watered. Let the workers install several crimping joints in strict accordance with the steps, and they all meet the requirements after testing with a gap inspection gauge.
Method 2: It is only applicable to spot checks before pipeline ventilation or water supply.
Method 3: It is also very simple. If the inspection gauge cannot be inserted into the gap, it means that the joint has been fully tightened. If the gap can be inserted, tightening is also required. Gap inspection gauges can be supplied by the supplier or purchased separately. However, it should be noted that the "gap" after tightening the brass press fittings of different brands may be different. Therefore, it is recommended that the press fittings of different brands should be checked with the test gauge of the same brand.
